Terms.

1. BACK2BACK17 is a free, non-commercial community project. It comes as is, without any warranty, and can change or stop at any time.
2. Use your own legal copy of NBA 2K17. Cracked or pirated copies are not allowed.
3. You must be old enough to have a Steam account.
4. Play fair. Cheating, exploits, harassment or attacks on the servers can get you banned.
5. Your account is linked to your Steam account. Do not share or sell it.
6. VC, rep and items have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold or traded for money.
7. We can update these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Privacy.

• This website sets no cookies and has no trackers, analytics or outside content. The web server logs IP addresses and requests for security.
• When you play, we keep what the servers need: your SteamID and Steam name, your BACK2BACK17 account, the IP addresses you connect from, your progress (cloud saves, MyPLAYER, rep and Park results) and server logs.
• We use it only to run, protect and moderate the servers. We do not sell or share it, and we never use it for ads.
• Web server logs are deleted after 14 days, service logs after one month. Your account data stays until you ask us to remove it.
• Our server runs at Infomaniak in Switzerland.
• Downloads come from GitHub and sign-in from Steam; their privacy policies apply there.
• To see, correct or delete your data, ask us on our Discord: discord.gg/back2back
• You can also complain to your data protection authority.
